We are looking for an experienced High-Level Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our SEO, paid media, automation, and lead generation efforts. This role requires deep expertise in digital marketing, CRM management, and client acquisition strategies.

✅ Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies using SearchAtlas, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console
✅ Optimize Google Business Profiles (GBP) and implement local SEO strategies for home service businesses
✅ Oversee content strategy, including blog posts, landing pages, and website optimization
✅ Implement backlinking strategies and monitor domain authority growth
✅ Manage, optimize, and automate lead workflows inside Lead Snapp & GoHighLevel (GHL)
✅ Set up and optimize automations, nurture sequences, and retargeting campaigns
✅ Improve lead tracking, attribution, and CRM reporting
✅ Oversee and scale PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads) to drive high-quality leads
✅ Optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and retargeting strategies
✅ Manage budget allocation for paid ads and track ROI & cost per lead (CPL)
✅ Implement review generation strategies to improve brand reputation
✅ Optimize landing pages, forms, and lead funnels for higher conversion rates
✅ A/B test ad copy, headlines, and call-to-action buttons for improved performance
✅ Track and analyze KPIs for SEO, paid ads, and lead generation performance
✅ Create data-driven reports using Google Analytics, Lead Snapp, and SearchAtlas
✅ Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
✔ 5+ years of experience in SEO, PPC, and lead generation for local service businesses
✔ Deep expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL), Lead Snapp, and SearchAtlas
✔ Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube Ads
✔ Experience managing $10K+ ad budgets per month
✔ Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
✔ Strong experience in content marketing, automation, and sales funnel optimization
✔ Ability to analyze lead quality and optimize conversion strategies
✔ Leadership experience managing marketing teams and freelancers
✔ Strong communication, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills
