What You’ll Do

In this role, your daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Executive Support: Shield the executive’s time by managing communication and scheduling.
  • Project Management: Provide strategic administrative and project management support for the executive and wider team.
  • Current Client Management: Ensure all existing clients feel supported and informed. Strengthen retention by streamlining interactions.
  • Calendar and Email Management: Process, prioritize, and handle emails and scheduling with efficiency.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule internal and external meetings, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
  • Process Improvement & Development: Look for opportunities to enhance and streamline current workflows.
  • On-Going Education: To make the best decisions for us and the team you’ll need to educate yourself on our company and processes. 


What You’ll Need

  • Experience: Recent experience in executive-level administrative support, especially in dynamic environments (ideally within agencies, consulting firms, or SaaS).
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with technology, productivity tools, and eager to learn new platforms.
  • Adaptability: A natural ability to pivot in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism.
  • A working computer with reliable internet access
  • A Go-Getter attitude ready to tackle the world
